Need opinions on our nursery for Brylee. It's Dr. Seuss so we want to be bright, very busy and imaginitive. But, if I keep painting and repainting things white, it'll never get done.

Thanks so much ladies. I've been needing reassurance, I've been wondering all day if I should start over. But, I thought with the yellow on the top half of the wall it would brighten things up and make it easier to do paint the characters on the wall

Those stripes look awesome!  I'd be leary of making it too busy though.  I'd be afraid of overstimulating the baby and it not being able to calm down and sleep in there.  Just a thought...

It's an awesome idea for a play room, but to me a nursery/bedroom should be a bit more calming.  JMHO.

Thanks so much ladies. I know once we get the light yellow in and things less messier and settled I think it'll be exactly what I thought of. The first set of stripes just came up too high on the wall and I didn't much like that. These are shorter and with the yellow in the bedding I think it'll be perfect.

It is very cute. I second guessed what I had done in our nursery several times, but when I finished the stenciling and the furniture/curtains were set up I loved it. My best advice is to finish your plan and then critique it, but so far it looks great!
