how much is too much spitup?

DD is spitting up at least 3 or 4 times after she finishes eating, even after she burps good a couple times. I leave her sitting straight up for about 20 mins after I feed her, but she still spits up. And in between eating she still has little spitups. She isnt fussy when she does it which makes me think its not a acid reflux issue, but she does have a hiatal hernia.

LO still spits up like a newborn sometimes. After every feeding we have to change his clothes. Each and everyone.

I don't know what's "normal".  Britt spits up at totally random times.  She'll go days without spitting up anything and then she'll spit up two or three times after one bottle one day (even two hours later occasionally).  She's always happy when it happens and it never seems to bother her so I don't worry about it.  I think it's harder on me than her, but she really doesn't seem to mind.

LO has reflux and he is not fussy when he spits up, he is fussy when he vomits though.  He spits up after every bottle, multiple times... and at anytime (right after or 2 hours later), when people want to hold him we always warn that he is explosive.

The pedi is not too concerned about the spit up, she says that it will eventually get better.
