Need headband opinion

I got DD this dress for Spring

An etsy seller I may buy a headband from to match the dress suggested this but with a pearl instead of the crystal

 She also said she can put a purple flower instead of the bow.

1. What do you think of the headband?

2. Should I do the bow with the pearl or a purple flower?

I think the dress is adorable but honestly the headband is NMS, her skinny headbands with the flower are much cuter.
