heel spurs?

Does anyone else have heel spurs-at this point I would like to surgically remove my right foot.

The only time it doesn't hurt is when I am wearing my dansko clogs-I may need to start wearing them to bed. I whimper all through the night getting up to pee when I put pressure on the right heel!

Yes, I have them.  They can be very painful.  I have used a combination of taping my arches (my foot dr showed me how), wearing shoes that are not flat, or really good arch supports in flat shoes or sneakers.  They also sell arch supports that look like an ace bandage that is sewn into a stretchy band (almost like a hair band) that fits around your arch and helps relieve the pressure.  You can find these at www.footsmart.com (look under heel pain / plantar fascitis).

A foot dr might be able to give you better advice for your specific problems.  And if the pain is bad enough, they can give you a shot to help take the pain away.
