learned an important lesson recently

No matter how much DC begs, limit the amount of prunes she eats! OH DEAR LORD! I knew I was in for it today but sweet baby Jesus! DD pooped 6 times today!

Poor little thing though- her bum is all rashy now and I feel bad. And at bath tonight- the tub was quickly drained once she tried to sit down- we had an impromtu shower to finish the job.

Methinks tomorrow will be a running around naked or wearing panties-not diaper day to help the rash.

  • Poor thing! I made that mistake....once. It only takes once! lol

  • My 3.5 year old DD eats mass quanities of fruits.  She poops 3-5 times a day and has since she could eat solid food.  I would rather her eat to much fruit than too much junk.

  • There's a big difference between healthy pooping and "run for the hills" rash inducing runs. ?LOL

DH once ate a whole Sams Club container of dried apricots.

    Same result. OMG

  • My DS goes through stages as far as prunes.  Sometimes he eats them with no problem (like he'll eat 3 in a row).  Then other times he doesn't want any and we cut them into tiny pieces and call them raisins.  LOL  Unfortunatley, when he doesn't want them is when he "needs" them most!

Your poor little DD.  Hopefully she is back to normal today.

  • We had what we refer to as "The Fig Incident".

DS had already eaten a TJs fig bar, and my mom gave him another one + some dried figs.

The kid pooped 6 times the next day.
