3d/4d ultrasound?

Have any of you had one just for fun? My DH was going to get me one for valentines day. If you have had one how many weeks were you and did you like the results? Thanks

Mine below is at 31 weeks. I think they did a great job! She just did the 4D automatically when I had to have my u/s.

We got ours at 34 weeks, but our OB's real cut off is 32 weeks and they start at 28 weeks. We did ours for $75 and got 9 photos. We were only supposed to get 5 photos. Enjoy it is beautiful to watch!

Mine was done at just over 26 weeks.  I loved how they turned out!  He looks so good in all of his pics.  One tip, if you decide to do it, is to drink lots of water every day for the week before your appointment.  The better and more clear your fluid is the better quality images you will get.  I was drinking about 70 oz. a day before mine and the tech told me I did a great job because my pics were so nice and clear.

I am having mine on Saturday at 30 weeks 1 day, my ultrasound place said the best time is between 28-31 weeks.

I just had one last week (28 wk) and am going back tomorrow. Initially we weren't sure we wanted to get one, but everyone said they were so amazing, I finally decided to go for it.

We were VERY happy with the results-- it was so nice to see her again! However, she was very stubborn and didn't show us her face, but we get to go back this Friday for free b/c of it. From what I've heard most places will give you another appointment for free if you aren't able to get good pics, (or see the gender if you want to.)

We're going right at 27 weeks. Our place recommends 27-29 weeks as being ideal for face pictures. Hopefully the pictures turn out good! And hopefully LO is still a girl.

We just had ours done at 29 weeks.  It was amazing!!! I would totally recommend it!  We had to pay out of pocket, but it was worth every penny IMO.
