Do you have any personal items or things you do at work?

I just opened my desk drawer and realized how I treat my office like it is my personal locker. I have my hair straightener, make up, toothbrush. I even have a blanket under my desk. 

My god, I could live here.

I have toothbrush/paste, deodorant (yes, I have forgotten to put it on at home before!), advil, snacks, soda (I have a mini-fridge in my office).

i just have snacks and an extra sweater for when i get cold.  i would love to bring in a space heater but that is a fire hazard.

Sure do.  I have a full drawer dedicated to my snacks.  (I eat breakfast at work every morning and sometimes lunch too.)  I also keep a jacket at work because it is so cold in here in the mornings.  I am temped to bring my snuggie!  I also keep my ipod, cds here in case my boss gets too loud on the phone and I need to drown out the sound of his voice. 

I try to get to my office a few minutes early each morning so  that I can balance my check book and pay bills.  It is so much easier to do it here than trying to get on the computer at home at night.

LOL ditto the others. I keep a ton of snacks here especially with BFing. And I keep the 'good' stuff here rather than at home (read: chocolate) since I tend to get hit with cravings at night, but still eat some at work.

I have extra clothes too.

I definitely use my lunch break to balance the checkbook, order things online, etc.

Hmm, I don't really keep stuff here.  I have some food and hand lotion but that's pretty much it.  Oh, and slippers.

My bottom desk drawer has:

Tampons, frog food (I have 2 mini frogs in an aquarium on my desk), snacks, books, my purse, pumpkin decorations for Halloween, lotion, chapstick.  My entire desk/walls are covered with pictures and artwork of DD's.

Oatmeal packets for when I don't have time to eat at home, hair brush, condiments, a spare diaper for DD.  All sorts of random stuff.  You should have seen my drawer when I was pumping!  Nursing bra, breastpads, etc.

This.  Exactly.  CWs joke that in case of emergency, they are coming to my office for food rations.

I WFH now, so I have everything I need here.

Back when I had to go into the office, I had a drawer full of snacks, a sweater, toothbrush and toothpaste, chapstick, and probably a few other personal items.  Oh, and at any given time 5 - 8 different pairs of shoes under my desk.  I'd wear flip flops or other comfortable shoes or snow boots for my commute (bus + 6 block walk) and then change when I got to the office.

I have a TON of pictures.  A mug.  A comb.  A change purse with a few dollars, just in case I am insatiably hungry or get the urge for a soda.    & some plastic utinsils.
