Prayers for my stepsister! (Not sad)

I just got the news yesterday that my stepsis is pregnant. She has a 3yo little boy and she and her husband have been trying to get pregnant again for the past year. She has had 2 miscarriages since November - both within days of getting a BFP, so like in the 3rd week - but now she is 5 weeks along which is farther than she has made it so I am praying that this LO sticks and she can have the 2nd baby that they want so very badly. I am sure she would appreciate any prayers, if you have a sec! TIA!
