Just wondering what the majority has been if you have already had your multiples were they head down so you could deliver vaginally or did you end up doing a c-section?
Thanks ladies!!

im due in a few weeks and am trying to decide... my dr thinks its "safer" to do a c section, but I really dont want to and both babies are head down so he says its up to me..
I had a c-section. I could have tried vaginally, baby A was head down but baby B was transverse breech. I didn't want to have to have an emergency c-section though if there were any complications with baby B once baby A was delivered. Good luck though.
I had a c/s because Baby A was breech. I had a vag birth with DS1 and was terrified of the c/s. Now that I've gone through both, the c/s wasn't too bad and I don't know if I'd even care to try for a VBAC (even though my vag birth was great).
I did natural both times and my second delivery was a lot easier with my twin boys. So its up to you and what you feel more comfortable doing I had a wonderful dr that I trusted completely
Both girls were head down so we went with a vaginal birth. SO glad we did because it was fast, minimal pain for recovery, and we all went home the following day : ) (And I had 2 previous vaginal deliveries of big babies with 3rd and 4th degree tearing so I was hesitant, but delivering the smaller twins was way easier!)
I had a csection because baby b was breech and not budging. I had a great experience and pretty easy recovery. I was definitley nervous but it happened to quick and I was in pain so once the spinal took effect i was much more calm.

Vaginal delivery. Baby A was head down and Baby B was breech, but they were about the same size and my OB team was totally comfortable with doing a breech extraction. I'd do it again, the same exact way, in a heartbeat. In many ways it was easier than my singleton delivery 2 years ago.
They were both head-down the night before delivery. I had an induction, so it was a vaginal birth. Baby B flipped to breech at some point during labor so he was delivered by breech extraction.
Vaginally, both were head down. I only had a slight tear and really didn't need any stitches, but they did put 1 stitch in so that I would heal faster. Of course my girls were small they weighed in at 4lbs. 14oz. and 4lbs. 15oz. and were only 16 1/4" in length each. They were 36 weekers.

Had Baby A been head down, my doc was fine with me doing a vaginal birth. However, she's firmly stuck breech, so we're 99% sure it will be a c-section at this point.

I had a c-section and both were head down. They wanted me to deliver right away and throught being induced might be too hard on baby A (Joey) who was already under stress.
Both~ Don't let that scare you, it wasn't bad at all. My dr kept me very calm.
I had a Vbirth with dd and 21 min later an emergency c/s with ds because his heart rate was dropping. My dr took no chances and I'm very thankful about that.

C/S - because even fully dialated it wasn't enough to deliver - it would have been the case with a singleton too. SO glad I had a C/S - they were able to "fix" my scar from a previous surgery and recovery for me was really easy... but everyone is different.
