So sick...wish I could breathe...

I have been at home sick in bed for 2 days. I am finally feeling better today, but I can't breathe out of my nose. I tried the neti pot yesterday and it hasn't helped at all. Does anyone else have any other suggestions since I can't use nasal spray?

I've been sick too. So tired of it....

I did the sinus rinse 2-3 times a day for a couple days before I noticed it clearing anything out.

I'm at the beginning of sickness.  I can still breathe out of one side.  The neti pot freaks me out a little, but I think I'm going to have to try it.  What about saline spray?  Can we use that?  There's no drugs in it.  If I hear of anything else, I'll let you know!

I feel your pain..I had a horrible sinus infection a couple of weeks ago that lasted what felt like forever! I used the netti pot a ton..also remember you can use any Tylenol product. ?The Ocean spray works good too. ?Feel better!

Call your doctor and ask. Last time around she let me use Afrin, which was wonderful!
