PDF = Parent Directed Feeding. It is a parenting philosophy that is the happy medium between demand feeding and clock feeding. We are going through the book on it, Preperation for Parenting at our church. We are on a flexible 3 hour schedule, but the trick is that schedule is feed-awake-sleep. It helps to train them not to need to eat to sleep. It has made things so much easier!

Yay! Not really sure about your method (I fed on demand), but my DD started sleeping through the night at 7 weeks.  It was AMAZING!  Such a great feeling to get all of that rest!

We use the EASY method and Aubrey started sleeping 8 hour stretches at roughly 8 weeks old so I'll take it.
