With the stomach flu:( I posted last night that I wasn't sure if it was MS or a bug, and its def the stomach flu. I have been throwing up and having (sorry tmi) diarrhea for the past almost 10 hours now!! I just started sucking on ice chips praying I keep them down bc I'm just getting sick on bile now. I've only slept for like an hour all night. I called L&D to see if there was anything I needed to watch for and all they said was see how I feel in the morning and to call my on call dr to see what he says. I haven't called him yet, but at what point should I call or be concerned??

Awww, that sucks! I am so sorry that you feel so sh*tty and I hope you start feeling better soon. My mom said that the one woman that she works with her daughter is pregnant and due 3 days before me and her and her husband are really sick with the flu. I guess they were up all night like you were throwing up. The one thing that I would be concerned about and watch out for is getting dehydrated. So make sure that you try to keep down some fluids. I would call your doctor though to see what they say and just to be safe. Maybe they will want you to come in for an IV, so that you don't get dehydrated. Feel better soon!

UGH, i can't imagine throwing up right now...

I think you'll be fine until your doctor opens.  You might start to notice contractions if you get too dehydrated, but I'm willing to be you'll be OK until doctor's office hours.

When I had the stomach flu, my mom would always let me have one bad night.  If I continued throwing up into the next day, she'd go get me some Dramamine (don't know what Category this is, might wanna look it up).  It's for motion sickness, an antiemetic that will help your nausea and - most importantly - make you want to do nothing except fall asleep.  You might wanna send DH out for some before he leaves for work this morning?
