I'm 17 1/2 weeks pregnant. with my first child. I know I should be feeling movements soon, but haven't... can anyone let me know when I should start worrying about not feeling anything???
I started around weeks 13-17 with flutters (although I didn't know what it was)
At week 17 I started to feel kicking and some big movement. By week 18 it was definate kicking. By week 19 the kicks are getting stronger and I can feel bigger movement (like turning around or something) and I'm not sure what she's doing in there but she's super active.
My doctor said most first time mommies may not feel movement until 20-22 weeks. Not sure why I'm feeling it sooner but we know it's the baby because we saw it live on the ultrasound on Friday.
I'm just over 20 weeks and still haven't felt anything yet.. my dr said it's normal and it'll happen soon enough. We could see him moving around in my big U/S.
Most first time moms don't feel movement until 18-22 weeks. Some feel it sooner and others later. I didn't know I was feeling LO until I was 19 weeks. You've still got some time...hang in there!

I'm 21 weeks, and I'm just now starting to feel something that might be flutters. But I know the baby is fine because we saw him/her moving around a lot on the U/S.
I am 20 weeks today & still not sure if I feel the baby. At times I do feel something but not 100% sure if it's the baby. I thought I would have been feeling them much earlier since I am very small in frame but for 1st time Mom's I hear it could be any where from 18 - 24 weeks. Also if you have anterior placenta it might take longer to feel the movements which I hope to find out tomorrow when I have my u/s.
RIght there with you. I thought I felt something a while ago, but haven't felt anything since. I'm trying to look at it positively though, since I know it keeps some people up at night.

I didn't feel what I could positively identify as real kicking and movement until 20 weeks. So you're fine! You don't have to start kick counts until your 28th week I think so you have plenty of time. And you'll feel it way before then.

I'm sure both you and the baby are great.
