Crib/changer combo pad?

So the crib I want to get is a combo.  The changing area is a little shorter than a standard changing table.  It comes with a pad, but what about the cover?  Does anyone know of changing pad covers for the smaller size pads on most of the combo cribs?

    IMO the covers are PITA:)    I never and don't use them, since the first time Olivia peed on it and it was deemed useless until I washed it....   Washing the pad is easier.

    I had to get a basinette pad for ours and the sheets to go with it. We have a Sorelle(sp) crib/changing table. A pad did come with it but DH followed the directions and cut a hole in the middle of it for the safety straps not thinking about where the pee would go so that is why i had to get another one
