3rd Trimester

It's a sad day

My favorite sweatshirt (my SF Giants from the '02 World Series) no longer really fits. I got out of the shower, put on my sweat pants and went to put on the sweatshirt, and my belly is poking out of the bottom. Crying

It is by far my favorite. It's still warm and comfy and perfect for cool winter evenings (it's snowing).

This baby needs to come soon so I can put it back on and be surrounded by it's warmth!!!

  • I know what you mean... it feels like NOTHING is fitting me. I might have to start wearing DHs clothes :(

Already there.. it's not fun lol.

  • See, I'd probably still wear the sweatshirt and tie a scarf or something around my belly hanging out.

Then I'd strut around the house singing "I'm Too Sexy" because damn if it's not true these days.

I am beginning to outgrow DH's clothes. Crying

    lol

  • Oh, I feel for you.

It is a sad day indeed.

DH and I actually tried to conceive when we did so that I could wear sweatshirts during the majority of my pregnancy. For real. That was the deciding factor for me about when to "start". (We've been married for over 11 years though, so making major decisions seem trivial by correlating them with "sweatshirt weather" wasn't going to hold us up or anything).

In honor of you, I'm going to go home and put on my biggest, comfy-est sweatshirt and send Labor Dust your way.

Big Smile if I could whistle at you right now I would!

LOL!!!! If my MIL weren't staying with us, I might think about doing that! As it is, I already walk up to him and belly bump him.

  • i just let it hang out:) haha...all my sweatshirts are way too small now.  DH's still fit but he wants to wear them so it's a constant fight.

I've resorted to Bella leggings (from the makers of bella band), a long t-shirt, knee high socks (becuase they're oh so fashionable) and a sweater.  The leggings cover the belly where the shirt doesnt and the sweater just keeps me from looking like I'm flashed back to the 80's in my unitard:) hehe..

you can always use the bella band to cover the bare stuff:)
