Don't assume she's talking about the tp she used to wipe herself.

Luckily I checked and had fun fishing out the whole roll of toilet paper (you know the back-up roll that you leave on the "tank") that accidentally fell in.

I was so glad a. she didn't try to flush and b. that she told me.
