Anyone else in the same situation ? I have to go for my 3h test next Monday but what changes to my diet should I make until then ? I feel like crying ..... So disappointed right now....

I failed my 1 hr w/DS and barely passed the 3 hour.  It's seriously not a big deal & a lot of people fail the 1 hour.  I don't think you should worry & don't think you should make any changes to your diet.  You can make changes after your 3 hour if it's necessary, but if you do it now, you'll just alter the test results.  Just keep up with your routine & follow whatever instructions they give you for the day of the test.  Good luck!

I failed my 1-hour and passed my 3 hour, so don't get upset just yet.  In the meantime, check out the high risk pg board..there are lots of girls with GD over there and they can put your mind at ease....they did for me.

Most people that fail the 1 hour, go on to pass the 3 hour.  

Besides the fact that it completely sucks to drink that disgusting drink and sit there for 3 hours while you're starving and feel sick from the drink and the blood draws every hour, it's not that bad.  

Take something to do and bring your DH if you can.

Try not to get upset - its common to fail the one hour and pass the 3 hr.    That's what happened to me in my first pregnancy.

The 3 hr test isn't fun - but don't get too worried about it.  GL!

Thank you so much ! I'm trying not to get upset but my hormones are not helping... DH just called and said the same thing and he will go with me Monday ! Thanks for measuring me that this is not the worst thing ....
