We have the PBK Penelope bedding.

Should I order this valence?

I would do the sheer panels, to help soften the light when baby is sleeping, and I would do the pink, because there are a few different shades of pink in the bedding, so it would go. I have ordered two different things in yellow, and they weren't the same shade, so I would be worried about the sage sheers matching the sage in the bdding....GL, and I LOVE the bedding!!!

I loooove your bedding. How adorable!

What direction does the window face? Our nursery faces east so we went with a cute matching valance and light blocking curtains in a similar color. I'm so glad we did!

Question about the sheer. They say they are 64" long. Our window is only 35" long. That means quite a bit of panel will be hanging past the window. Will that look dumb?

I should also add that because we rent, we have the very stylish vertical blinds in the window.

Nope, I have a small window, and my curtains go all the way to the floor. Looks nice, I promise! Smile

Also, do you have your bedding put together in the bed? I LOVE that bedding and will be purchasing it this Friday **IF** we are having a girl, which we will know this Friday. What color crib do you have? I want to see a PIP if you don't mind.

We have vertical blinds in the window so these will be used to add a little something to the room while also covering the hideous blinds.

It's funny, all we have is her mattress and bedding so far. We haven't even ordered her crib yet. We plan to get a cherry crib since we rent and the walls are white as it is (we don't want too much white). We don't really have anything yet, although I wish I could have pictures to share.

I ordered this bedding the day after we found out we were having a girl. I can't wait to see it come together.
