Dad Watson's in Fremont is fun. My kids love that place. We also go to the McMennimens (sp) in lower QA and there happens to be one in Mill Creek (closer to us :-). They have great beer and grilled cheese and fries. Most of the breweries let kiddos in too. I like Pyramid by Safeco. The Ram at Northgate also is pretty kid friendly. We also go to the Pig and Whistle in Greenwood but I have been going there since I turned 21 so it is more of a personal fav.

Ray's Boathouse, Hi-Life, La Isla, Original Pancake House
And The Lockspot!
And I second the Pig 'n Whistle.
74th Street Ale House on Greenwood. I'm not 100% sure they allow kids, though.
Hale's Brewery on Leary - I know for a fact they allow kids.
Unable to even.
