Went to triage this morning.

I woke up around 2am with contractions. I waited them out, layed in bed, tried to go back to sleep, but by 3:15am, they were coming pretty fast. I woke up DH and we talked for a few minutes about what to do. Finally at 415, he said, "Let's go." I was having them about every 3 minutes, some in the front, some in the back. So, we get there and they keep coming up on the monitor. I get checked and I am a wopping 1 1/2 cm!!!! WTF!!! I was ready for my epidural. They gave me an Ambien and sent me home to rest and to continue with my early labor. Got home at 640am, slept until almost 300pm and I have not had one contraction since. What is up with that!!! Anyone else experience that? I was sure my baby was going to share a birthday with Justin Timberlake. Now DH is talking about that he is not going to miss work tomorrow.
