I felt pretty good right after, too. My arms are already getting sore, though, and that is not a good sign. I don't usually get sore until the next day.
i didn't make it last night. i got through the first circuit and then i threw the remote at the tv and told that biitch to suck it. DH thought it was rather hilarious.
