Mid-cycle bleeding

I have never had any kind of mid-cycle bleeding, so just wondering what your experiences have been? Earlier this month I had 3 days of bright red bleeding, which was enough to require pads/tampons, but was VERY light for AF. Right after that I had a temp jump which lasted 11 days. I was thinking that it might have been mid-cycle bleeding, but FF thinks it was AF. Any input is appreciated

That was kind of what I was thinking. As soon as I put in one day of light flow it made it cycle day 1. I stopped using OPKs when I started bleeding because I figured it was the start of AF.
