What is the trick to this sippy cup?

I bought one of these yesterday and for the life of me, I can't get the darn lid off!  Neither can DH.  I am so frickin annoyed.  Is there a trick I'm missing or something?  It's the Playtex Insulator Twist n Click with Straw:

They are hard to get off.  I think you press in where the arrows are and twist.

Just a strong grip, that's all it takes in this house. ?We love those cups by the way. ? Least leakage of all the cups I buy.?

I got it off.  I think it had developed a suction or something.  Once I tapped it on the edge of the counter it came off with POP like a pickle jar.  Hope it's not always that tough!

I got one of those yesterday and haven't taken it out of the pack yet.  Thanks for this post so now I know it may be difficult =D

we just got these and I had the same problem!! Once we got the top off...it was easier the next time.
