AF question

Ok so 3 weeks and 5 days after my c-section I started to bleed bright red, and it's lasted a few days now, not to heavy of a flow but enough and I have no pains, do you think AF has returned?  I have my 4 week follow up on Tuesday which is why I'm waiting to contact my Dr.

Has anyone else started this early?

I bled light for 2 1/2 weeks after my c=section---then af came 4 weeks later-- i was hoping for a longer break

Mine started about 6 weeks after CS. I remember my midwife telling me, if I start bleeding heavier I might be overdoing it. Good thing to ask though.

Since you EBF and didn't give birth all that long ago, I really doubt it's AF. I bled on and off for a month, maybe a little more. I kept thinking I was all done with the PP bleeding, but then would start up again
