2nd Trimester

What have your eaten today?

I had my regular glass of chocolate milk.  Then Alex wanted pancakes, she is a huge pancake feen.  I made Fiber One pancakes with a handful of chocolate chips thrown in.  Taylor and I had our with peanut butter on them.  I also had some white grape peach juice to down my vits and am sipping on a 1/2 caff coffee.

    I made blueberry muffins from scratch yesterday, so I'm having two of those with butter and some cashews.  I'll probably make some coffee here in a while...

  • A DD donut and an ham and cheese omelet with 2 pieces of italian toast. I am at work so I could not resist the cafe omelet.

  • 2 Krispy Kreme donuts...I tried to resist, but was unsuccessful.  Damn DH for making us buy a dozen yesterday.

  • 1/3 c bran buds cereal (don't laugh--it tastes great) with 1/2 banana and 1/3 c skim milk.

    Then took the other half of the banana and 1 T. peanut butter and made a sandwich with whole wheat toast.  YUM.

    Oh, and a cup of chai.

  • A bowl of Frosted Mini Wheats.  I love them!
  • toasted bagel with butter, yogurt, coffee, water.  Almost time for the next meal!
  • My go to breakfast, almost every morning... 

    kashi cereal, a scoop of protien powder mixed with soy milk poured on top, then topped with flax seed, wheat germ, banana and blueberries! YUM Plus gets everything moving usually immediatly.  

    Then two thin mint girls scout cookies.   Wait make that three DH just handed me one.

  • I have been up since 5am. I have had a yoplait smoothie, some stacys simply naked pita chips with chive cottage cheese, some stacys more stacys pita chips and now I am eating a hundred calorie pack of swedish fish.

  • Homemade waffles topped with carmelized bananas, a cup of decaf coffee while it was cooking and a glass of whole milk along with my meal. Super yummy!

  • We've been up since 5:30 this morning.

    5:30 - I had a bowl of cereal - Special K fruit and yogurt with light vanilla soy milk - and a glass of orange juice. 

    7:30 - banana and a fiber one bar

    11:30 - a kiwi and chicken salad with tomato on a wheat bun.

    I'm sure I'll be hungry in about 2 hours.

  • 2 sausage rolls, hot tea
  • An apple strudel from the bakery, some grapes, and some tea. i have yoga in about 20 minutes.
     

  • Venti Caramel Macchiato and a blueberry scone.  Big day of studying and paperwork ahead.
