Hi ladies,
I've
started juicing to get myself in great health for TTC. Yesterday I took
all the vegetables from my fridge and ran them through the jack lalanne
juicer, expecting it to taste incredible! Well blaaaa I forced it down
but it smelled/tasted skunky.
Here is my Skunk Drink: Do yourself a favor and avoid this combination. Any suggestions would be great, thanks!

Yes, and perhaps more importantly you lose out on all the fiber you're essentially pulling out of those fruits and vegetables.
If you want to "cleanse" and get healthy for TTC, drink tons of water and eats lots of fiber-rich foods, including fruits and vegetables. Opt for organic when it comes to those items that absorb the most pesticides and herbicides (like grapes, berries, apples, peaches, etc). Take prenatals and omega-3's from algae sources rather than fish. If you really want to drink your nutrients, make smoothies instead of just juice. Good luck!
