I will. And work 40 hours a week as does DH. Just wanted to see how many others will be in the same boat. On the Two under Two board there seems to be almost all SAHMs or part time moms.

My twins were 26 months when the baby was born. I've always worked 40 hours which can be stressful but it is absolutely possible. Organization is key as is stamina. DH and I have said that these first few years are like a marathon. Things will ease up a bit when the boys are older - we hope!
Congratulations and good luck!
My twins are 5! My baby is 3!
DS#2 - Allergic to Cashew, Pistachio, Kiwi
DS#3 - Allergic to Milk, Egg, Peanut, Tree Nuts and Sesame
I work part time 3 days a week and will be having my second in Feb. I will be taking 6 months off and then returning to work part time. To be honest i am more afraid of the 6 months staying at home than going back to work. I think its harder to stay at home.
we have 2u2. We both work 40-70 hours/wk depending on the month (we're residents). I actually don't find it too much more challenging than having one. The main problem is that I'm getting behind on my reading. I keep letting my infant nap in the evening and then keep him up until almost my bedtime.
I'll have 2u2 in August. You're right about that board though, I polled it a while back and more than half of the moms are SAHMs. I work 30 hours per week now but I'm hoping to drop down to 20 after baby #2 is born. We'll see.
I do but I work part time. When we had DD, I SAH for a year and then returned to work. Although I'm not in your shoes, I think you will be fine. I have really enjoyed the two year age difference.
I did at one point. They are 2 yrs 16 days apart-currently 1 and 3. It is tough but doable. The key is staying organized. Just as you adjusted to one child, you will adjust to two.
We will, just barely. I am a little worried about it, also, so you are not alone. I keep hearing how hard it's going to be, and I know it is. But, it won't last forever, and we've done pretty well with DS so far.
Like this question! I'm hoping too. Due to cervical insufficiency, I had two losses before DS - 3 years trying to have him. So now I'm 40 and don't feel like I have 3 years before we try again. :-) So when DS is about 10 months to a year, we'll be trying again for our last baby. I can't believe I'm even saying that. It does make me feel like a crazy person. And both DH and I work full time.
We'd love to, but right now it's looking like a "no." We can't afford 2 in daycare, but we can't afford for me to stay home. We'll just have to see what happens in the next year.
Re: Just curious- How many of you will/or do have two under two?
Me! I am a little scared... : )
I did at one time.
Ha AlisaS - me too!

I went back to work when my twins were almost 5 months and have been working full-time since. You can do it!!!!
me too! I know getting out the door will be tough, but I agree that being home with them would be harder!

I wish!
