i love our friends!

some good friends of ours who have a little baby girl about 14/15 months older than our baby girl will be invited us over for dinner last night.  in addition to an amazing meal and apple pie, we also got...

- two boxes of clothes; basics like onesies and sleepers and socks as well as some unbelievably adorable dresses

- a bathtub 

- a swing

- a bouncer

- a bassinet

- a floor gym

- one of those brightly colored plastic chair thingies (i can't remember what they're called)

we also have another set of friends who have offered to lend us their pnp.  yay!  friends with babies are fantastic!

Thats GREAT!  I'm the first of my friends to have a baby boy (one friend has a girl but she lives far far away).  So being the first to have a baby in your circle has its drawbacks I guess.

yes, but now you get to be the friend that passes things on.  we love that friend.  that friend is sure to get invited to many dinners, and be invited to share many bottles of wine.  :-)
