Uh oh...(TMI)

I think I lost a bit... if not all, of my mucus plug.  I noticed a blood tinged mucus looking substance in the toilet after going pee.  It was about an inch long, and pretty thick looking.

I called the Dr. of course, and the on-call Doc told me that as long as I don't have any severe cramps or contractions, then I'm probably fine.  But to keep a close eye on it.  If I notice anything over the weekend, they'll have me come in on Monday and check my cervix to look for thinning or dilation.

T&P would be appreciated.

    Wow.  Anything leading up to this that could be factors?  I never lost my MP w/ my girls, so I don't even know how common it is (I was induced at 40 & 37 w).

    HANG IN THERE BABY!  You don't wanna come out yet!!!  I think I would have gone to the ER... but since your doc called you and said to just wait and see I would be in bed not moving.  I'd put myself on bed rest this weekend and go to the doctor first thing on Monday.

    I did have some spotting and cramping at 20 weeks.  So I'm like, Ugh, why can't I just have another healthy pregnancy??

    I think I might just call on Monday and insist on being checked out even if I don't have any cramping because I'm genuinely freaked out.  I never saw my mucus plug with DD, so I don't know how common it is to lose it this early.  I don't know when I lost it last time.  I just want to carry to term.  I need this baby to be healthy.

    T&P's your way! i lost mine at around 30w with iz, and it regenerated. lost it again 5 weeks later. i was induced @ 39 weeks.  hope losing it leads to absolutely nothing for you too!
