nausea/dizzy better with eating?

how can it be that I have nausea and dizzyness and eating actually makes me feel better?...I am going to be huge!!!!  I feel so horrbile and can't concentrate on the work I need to get done.  All I can think about is the bag of lays chips in my desk that will give me about 15 minutes of relief...and of course healthy foods don't seem to cut it...ughhhh

  • Yeah, my daily muffins or rolls in the morning to make me feel well enough to drive to work are totally going to catch up with me very soon.

  • It happened to me, but it got a lot better at the end of my 1st tri.  Now I eat normally and crave fruit and sherbet a lot.

    It was like I had a massive hangover and only wanted greasy crap food every 2 hours.

    My Dr. told me to try healthy food with protein.

  • if you need to eat more often, see if you can eat a little less when you do eat...also, do you like whole wheat pretzels?  that's what my book suggests for potato chip cravings

  • I have the exact same problem, I try to eat 6 small meals during the day and then a big dinner so my stomach always has something in it.

  • I'm starting to feel the same way too - it gets bad at night, so the past few nights I've been having a midnight snack before bed.

  • eating seems to help with my nausea too. i just snack all day, been finding it hard to have an actual meal past few weeks, but i'm praying that'll change soon cuz i love food and miss it very much!
