I made a Choo Choo Train cake for a shower I hosted last year. I bought the 3D cake pan from Wilton. It isn't big so I made "box cars" and made it a longer train. Just bake a normal sheet cake cut it in half and stack it. I put sugar gumdrops on top of the box cars to make it look like it was hauling something. It turned out great *if you do get this pan, make sure to bake a little longer, this cake is thick and may not get done all the way in the middle if you don't.
