    You shouldn't have any trouble. Just make sure you read everything and it is exactly how you want it. I think you will feel really good once it is done. I know I did. Good luck

    Are you and stbx in agreement on the terms? If so it should go fairly smoothly. We signed our papers back in November. In CA, if you have a child, after you do the initial papers you have to do a second set detailing how the custody will be handled, etc. We go in to sign those on Tuseday.
