Tired of the 2ww

I'm in the 2ww- I've been to bed early every night this week, but despite being so tired last night I was up 1/2 the night tossing and turning, not able to shut off my brain. I have a big meeting this morning for work, appointments afterward, and promised a friend I'd meet up with her tonight, she just broke up with her boyfriend and needs to talk... calgone take me away!!
