I'm begging, please help me put a PIP

I tried using the code:

[*img]tinyurl[*/img] and it won't work.  I took the astericks out too.  Only a little red box shows up.  What am I doing wrong?

You put the wrong URL into the tiny-maker. Can you link me to the original pic?

Or maybe that particular pic is friends-protected? I pasted the tiny url into my address bar and all I got was a log-in screen for Shutterfly.

Okay, here's what I did: [*IMG]https://tinyurl.com/6b7jsv[*/IMG] Take the stars out. You have to press space bar after closing the code. I always hit enter too, just in case.
