I just walked to the yogaplace/cafe down the street and got a goat cheese and roasted carrot/veggie sandwich with a salad. It is so good but they f-ing charge $10 for it.

I had a frozen margherita pizza from CPK. Actually frozen, but CPK brand.

It wasn't $10.00 but it was still good.

I usually make something over the weekend that I can freeze in lunch-size servings - turkey chilli, for example, or black bean soup.  Leftovers also make command performances at lunchtime.

Today a co-worker and I desperately needed a break after a long meeting, so we grabbed pizza.
