Iowa and Utah come to my mind for some reason. It is one or the other I think. I guess it's the 4 letter state that is confusing me

My guess is b/c of Alaska trust rules

Ours isn't thought a specific state, it is just an investment portfolio of sorts

North or South Dakota, I can't remember which one. My brother is our financial planner and that's what he suggested.
