what qualifies as an acceptable post? There are a LOT of us (myself included) who post mindless things often.  

And what I find mindless, someone else might find amusing or might have a thought to share.

IDK, I kind of get what people were saying tonight, to some extent, but I hate it when we're mean to each other, especially when someone's biggest crime is posting a lot.

Personally, I am on the side of everything is acceptable. 

I just might snark on it though, but that's really nothing new, right?  At least for me.

Almost all of my posts are mindless.  I am probably one of the ones whos posts get skipped. 

Im not a fan of mean either.  But it happens.  I read it but stay quiet.

I guess that's what sucks about it.  In that sense it really does remind me of high school.  You never knew when you walked in to the building if you were going to be today's target.  (I attended a small, all girl high school and it was beyond snarky and "best friends" changed by the minute).  Ugh.

exactly.  because when no one posts random stuff then the "where is everyone?" posts start up.

well you keep in mind that even all the snarkys tonight have been kind to strangers at times and maybe i'm looking too much into it but some lash out at times of I don't know? complete boredom, their own unhappiness, their need to feel they belong (with strangers on an internet message board)

who knows

but then there are some regulars who really do not get involved in it all (i admire them)  and i've got to get better at that too. maybe. because if we all kept quiet..that would be kind of pointless too.

I know I post mindless crap too because it's not uncommon for some of my posts to get 0 responses. They always start with 5 stars though!

mindless crap is ok

mindless crap + triplets (some of whom you call by their first and middle name) + spelling dumb incorrectly+calling the wrong poster dum, because there was nothing but suppa smart going on there+answering someone else's page incorrectly+ the fact that the nest wind must've been blowing from the West bringing in all those wicked witches

= not ok instead it =one big pile of pick on

yup, and i didn't think i could still do math.
