Bummer- I'm going to miss out on Disney on Ice next week :(

Bummer- so I discovered that work was sending me to San Diego next week for a conference and I was actually pretty excited! Warmer weather, chance to get away a bit in the hopes that DH would apprreciate me more when I returned since he'll have to take care of DD. I love DH but he doesn't really help out that much with her at home. He's super dad when we're out but at home its unfortunately just me (bath times, bed times, diaper changes, feeding etc).  

I'm really looking forward to just some time alone, even though I know that I will miss them terribly!

Anyway- we bought Disney on ice tickets a while ago and just forgot about them. Turns out they were for next Thursday when I'm gone! Oh well, at least he'll have a good time with DD.

I'm just bummed that I don't get to go since I was looking forward to it!

So far I've been able to have DH and DD come along when I travel for work but they werent able to make it this time because I received such short notice.

the little kiddie shows are cute but you may still enjoy San Diego more.  AndI totally understand about DH.  I hope it works out for you!
