XP from SaIF: DD#1 screams all the time

What can i do to discourage screaming?  She's almost 15 mos and DD#2 is now a month.  I'm sure it has something to do with the new baby, but she was fine for the past 3 weeks and all of a sudden about 3 days ago she just screams.  ALL THE TIME.  She doesn't appear to be in pain, she doesn't want anything, she's not trying to tell us anything,(she also screams for all those reasons, too) she just screams

It think it's just the age. DS discovered how to screech at around that age and did it non-stop for a month or two. Then he discovered how to do something new (and equally annoying) and rarely screeches now. I would just wait it out.

I agree that it's the age. My DS started doing it a few weeks ago, and has already moved on. Worth noting is that once he started learning to copy sounds and words, he stopped going it as much. I figured it was just the stage right before they really start verbalizing.
