2nd appointment Friday!

I wasn't going to have another appointment until after the NT Scan, but I was starting to get a little nervous, and I guess I need reassurance that everything is ok... so my next appointment is on Friday!  I should be about 10 1/2 weeks.  I saw the baby and heard the heartbeat (174) at 8w3d yet I'm still paranoid... anyone else feeling this way?  I wasn't like this with my 1st pregnancy!  My only symptom is fatigue so I should be grateful, but I think that's what makes me wonder if everything is ok.
