Re: knees aching any

  • I'm not a dr, but I do have patellofemoral pain. The orthopedic specialist has me on a stretching routine to help. It's mainly quad stretches, but if you want specifics, I can send you the list.

  • My knees don't kill me but it's my arms. I have learned that if I sleep with my elbows bent they hurt a lot. If I sleep with my arms straight they don't bother me. Do you often sleep with your knees bent? They could be loosing blood to them.

  • Yep I have had this. For me it originated in my glutes. My sister is a massage therapist and helped me out. My knees and legs and lower back feel a million times better after she massages my glutes.
  • Yes! For me the achy knee feeling is usually a pms symptom. When my knees and back start aching, I know AF is around the corner. Knowing this I wasn't really surprised that it would be a pregnancy symptom for me. They really start ache when I start getting  bigger.Sad
