It is the Babyletto Modo in espresso - here's the website.  It's currently on backorder at like, every store in the universe.  So I'm waiting to see if it will become available again.  If not, they make another one just like it, only with a storage drawer underneath - Mercer (ssg has that one, just in a different color).

Thanks. I couldn't get your link to work, but found it at Target - out of stock of course.  So...the Mercer is convertible but not the Modo?  or maybe Modo only converts to toddler bed.  Anyway - Thanks!
