For her 11th birthday, DD#1 wants...

an office chair for her computer desk. Sometimes I am thankful I do not have a child that always wants, wants, wants... but times like this, I wish she would make a list.

Anyone have any good ideas? It is hard with her birthday being right after Christmas.

Would she be into a beauty day at all - take her to get her nails painted, hair done, lunch/cupcakes out and about, just you and her.

That's pretty funny that she wants an office chair. I would never think an 11 year old would want that.

Does she read? Is she into any type of clothing? Does she have any favorite movies or games? I'm otherwise out of the loop with what 11 year olds are into these days.

oh my gosh, she is too sweet. I cant believe she asked for an office chair! I thought you were going to say Jonas Brothers tickets or something like that. LOL. I have no idea. At that age I was just trying to find myself. I was really into music and sports and knitting, lol. What does she love to do?

I have taken her for a mani/pedi before, but not since I have had A. Maybe she would like that.

She loves to read. She just got about $100 in gift cards for Barnes and Noble for Christmas from family members. And I got her clothes for Christmas. Why can't I remember what I would have really wanted at that age LOL.

My sister is 13....she's into clothes (we get her name brand stuff for xmas and birthday as a bonus), fish, books, she just got a portable DVD player so we've been getting her accessories for that (DVD carrier, headphones, etc.), an ipod - itunes gift cards, a cheezy cheap digital camera to take pics @ school and @ bday parties...

Ooo I got my first real camera at that age. Would she like a digital camera? What about an ipod if she doesnt have one? Concert tickets? Trip to an amusement park alone w/ mama?

My other thoughts an iTunes gift card, a digital camera, bedroom accessories/redecorate, new clothes, computer games/upgrades.
