Success after IF

Is Carter's trying to tell me something?

I went to Carter's looking for a Big Brother shirt for DS. The smallest size they make them in (well as of now) is 2T! I swear I have seen them in smaller than 2T before. Oh well :) I guess Etsy, here I come!
It took over four years to be diagnosed with PCOS. We TTC #1 for 18 months, did 5 rounds of Clomid and finally moved onto IVF...which worked! Throughout our IF journey, we suffered 3 miscarriages. We conceived both DD and DS without treatment.

  • Haha! I know! That annoyed me too.. I ended up just getting the 2t even though the boys were still in 18 mo. I just rolled up the sleeves, and they were kinda huge, but still cute :)

  • I saw a "I'm the big brother" shirt in a size 12 month at gymboree. Not sure if that will work for you though.

  • I had the same problem.  We were looking for I'm the Big Sister for my 10mo to tell my parents I was pregnant at Christmas.  I went in and I told the woman, I SWORE I saw a onsie in there before that said it.  Her response .... "you couldn't have.  When Carter's makes onesies, they have to make them in newborn thru 9 months.  And you wouldn't have a newborn being a big sister."

So I guess ... that makes sense.  But it still upset me :(

  • I think I will get the 2T as well. Maybe it will shrink if I was it a few times. It will be cute because she has the little sister onesie from there and the lettering is similar.

My sister joked that Carter's was trying to tell me something!
