if you ski/snowboard...

please be careful if you feel yourself getting out of control and you are around other people/trees.  my mom got hit from behind yesterday and luckily she landed on her butt (although she had no idea what happened to her until she got her skis off and looked around).  The snow patrol made her file a police report and get checked out by a medical team.  she doesn't think the DA will press charges against the girl since there were no serious injuries.....but please just be careful.

    That is why I like to go to small local places. Big Sky is THE place to go to around here but it is soo crowded and no one has respect for anyone else. So irritating and rude!

    i completely agree....

    however, this is a small place.  there are only three lifts (and one is the bunny hill), never any lines, cheap to ski, etc.  my family has a condo in the ski in/ski out area of the mountain and we all learned to ski there.  it's kinda known for that small kids family atmosphere...

    my parents always stressed the importance of we are responsible if we come up behind someone and we get out of control, to just sit down.
