Hi I'm Mandi. My hubby and I were married December 19, 2009. We live in Athens, TN so we're about 45 mins south f Knoxville and 45 mins north of Chattanooga. We didn't think we wanted to try to have kids until we had been married about a year n a half but we just recently changed our minds. So we are currently TTC and we are so super excited. We haven't really been able to tell any of our friends and family for two reasons: 1) we don't want to jinx us...I know its silly but oh well. and 2) we really don't want to hear from our family about how we need to wait and all that fun stuff. So I am so glad I found this board because now I will be able to talk to someone about everything that is going on while TTC. Also, I am not really planning on charting and all that fun stuff...I took a ton of science classes while in college so I have a fairly decent idea of how and when things are going on in the female body. Plus I think its more exciting to be surprised. Good luck to all those TTC and congrats to all the new mommies. I can't wait to get to know you all.

hey, welcome!

my hubby and i got married recently as well, oct 4, 2009. we found out we were expecting in july. she is our little suprise. i'm due in march, so we dont get very much newlywed time. honestly though we have lived together for a few years so marriage doesnt feel any different. good luck! oh and we live in chatt.

Hey!! Me and my DH 1 yr anniversary is on valentines day! We were actually going to wait until I was done with school in Dec, but this is our surprise baby also!!! Im excited for you! Happy planning!
