So, I think I know the answer to this, but we have one convertible seat that doesn't sit level in my car (it's fine with DH's). Before we go buy another one of the same seat for my car, I need to know if it's ok to use a wedge of some sort to make the seat level. I'm assuming no, and that I should just find a seat that works with my car. Right?
Re: Car Seats - Wedge?
Really? Is it under the part of the seat that is closest to the front of the car, or the back? Does that make sense? Is it under DS's feet, or tush, rear facing? We'd need it to be closest to the back of the car.
It's toward the back of our truck, so it's under DS's feet RF. The back seats have an incline.
Our britax marathon book says that you can use a rolled up towel in the L of the seat so the carseat will be level or at the approiate angle. We had to this for a while since ds started using this marathon at 8wks old.
ETA: it was at his feet RF
Perfect! This is exactly what we need as well. Thanks!
Here's some info I found from a very reliable site:

Also one of my friends used one of those swim noodle things under hers.
