Cant get my DD to stop Pinching!!!

I need help!!  I am soo frustrated.  My DD is almost 2 1/2. She used to bite, pinch and pull hair ( mostly my 2 nieces but could be anyone) and now she just mostly pinches, I dont know what to do. I have yelled, time out, put her in her room and have talked to her about how it not nice and it hurts people.  She seem like she understands and then she just does it again.  And also she is at the stage that she is not listening.  I feel like I need super nanny.  Please help.  Some ideas would be great, Thanks!

My DS is 15 months and has been back and forth between biting, pinching, hair pulling, mostly with his sister but lately all he does is scratch and pinch me. Yesterday was really bad! I tried slapping his hand and pinching him back, both not nearly enough to actually hurt him, and neither work. He cries a little then does it back to me so that's not the answer obviously. Maybe try a book - I think there are some good ones you can find on Amazon I believe one may be called hands are not for hurting but I could be wrong. I would try to search on Amazon books for a book and try that. GL! Also positive reinforcement when she gives a hug or treats someone with love (but you're mostly likely already doing that!)
