I just back from my RE and he said the following. "The testosterone is a little elevated, not as high as polycystic
ovarian syndrome patients. The other one is normal. In summary not
consistent with polycystic ovarian syndrome. With weight gain
testosterone levels can also increase." My glucose is 19, total testosterone is 113, DHEA-S is 273, LH is 1.7, FSH is 2.7, triglycerides are 660 and my BP is a little elevated. I do not ovulate on my own and I have no cysts. I have been trying to watch my diet and I exercise. WTH!!! What am I suppose to do? I am really so upset and frustrated.
Re: I am so upset!!!
Unfortunately not everyone gets a diagnosis or a reason why they suffer from infertility. I fall into this boat even though I do ovulate on my own.
It seems to me they need to figure out why you aren't ovulating. Does he have any more tests that he would like to run on your or a course of action to getting pregnant?

My RE said almost the same thing to me. I don't ovulate and don't know why. It's definitely frustrating. He was POSITIVE I'd respond to Clomid, but I didn't until I took a ton of it, and even then didn't respond well.
It's hard to fix a problem when you don't even know what it is!
I just keep telling myself we'll find a way, and we'll do what it takes!
Good luck to you!
