I have a 10ml bottle of water. How many mls do I need to mix in the HCG powder?

I never mixed a trigger, but everything else I mixed was always with 1cc of saline.

After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!

I never understood why they give such a huge bottle of saline/water. I only do 1 cc.
